Massage Essenz

Helen the massage therapist and owner of Massage Essenz is fantastic! I have been seeing her for massage for awhile now and each time I have been in I had been suffering from one of my severe chronic migraine episodes. She is very careful in her sessions and takes the time to get to know the person and treat them accordingly to what they need. I always leave feeling relaxed yet with more energy to get on with the day as well as being relieved from the migraine I was feeling at the time.

Helen is amazing!!! She has done so much to help me. I go weekly for a medical massage . I have problems with my hips and legs from a wreck I was in and two foot surgeries. She has reduced my swelling and pain. She has increased my mobility. I am able to walk and stand now without pain. I go on walks now which I have not been able to do in years. I really enjoy walks something I have really missed and now I'm able to do again. It's so exciting about what she has done to help me in just a few months . I am so thankful I found someone that could help me. It has changed my life.

My appointment was at 3:45pm. When the receptionist finally got in touch with Helen it was past 4 and I was told she would be in in 10-15 minutes. Maybe it would have been nice if she had shown up for her own appointment (as a business owner I would think so). The receptionist was not very helpful either. I'm extremely dissapointed as I really needed this massage. Oh well. Additionally no one reached out to offer any kind of apology or anything.

Helen is the nicest and has very reasonable prices.
