Massage Envy

This doesn't even deserve 1 star! I was given a gift card for a massage about a year ago. I have been hesitant to schedule, but finally did, as I finally had some time. Scheduled an appointment at 4:15 on 10/9/25. Once I got my confirmation, I quickly realized that time wouldn't work, so I called and spoke to Tracy asked if I could switch to the 5:30 spot. She said yes no problem. I have you all switched. We will see you tomorrow! I get there a little early, as suggested at least 30 mins. I walk in, and guess what? Im not even in the system for an appointment. All she could say was I'm sorry.

I always love coming to massage envy. This is where I go to escape life for awhile. Jaime K is the best hands down! She is personble and knowledgeable about what she does.

Massage Envy has truly exceeded my expectations. The ambiance is exceptionally clean and welcoming. Lena's expertise is unparalleled. Her meticulous and professional approach from beginning to end sets her apart. As someone dealing with chronic back pain and having tried various massage therapists, I can confidently say Lena is exceptional. I wholeheartedly recommend Massage Envy for all your massage therapy needs.

Purchased a one-year membership and even though the staff were very professional and curious, a 1-hour massage only ended up being 35 minutes at most due to them constantly looking at their tablet and asking you questions.

I have been a member for over 6 months and couldn't be happier! Everyone is always professional and clean. Not one time has anyone reeked of cigarettes or hacked all over me while relaxing. Megan is by far my favorite!! I highly recommend !
