Araina is incredible. I have been seeing her for massages and cupping for nearly five years, and I can say that she is responsive, intuitive and skilled. Always leave feeling like my best self after a session. I also did a cycle of BodyMind coaching that was insightful and impactful in helping me identify and manage stressors. Highly recommend!

It is such a mercy to be able to go to Araina. She doesn't just a go through a routine and send you on your way; she asks you where you're at, intentionally adapts, and tailors her work around what you need. She also creates a soothing environment with soft music and aromatherapy with some nice scents and oils to choose from. But one of my favorite things about Araina is that she holds time for debriefing after your massage to assess how you feel and to equip you with the right tools for going back to your everyday life. The stretches and relief mechanisms she has taught me have been immensely helpful both preventatively and in the moment when I'm in pain. I can say truly that going to see her has been restorative for me.

I've been getting regular massages from Araina since she started. I look forward to the hour when I can close the door on all the stress of daily living and just concentrate on how I feel and what I need. Araina is always in tune with her clients, and begins each session with "So what's going on with you?" I point out the areas where I'm carrying the stress and her magic hands smooth it all away. The hardest part is not being able to take a nap after, but I leave there feeling wonderful.

She helps me with my back, shoulders and allergies issues. She provides tips on how to relieve stress. And manage the aches and pains with home stretches. I recommend Araina and her services.
