Today I went to a place called Massage 8 in Urbandale, Iowa. The place was clean, cozy, and had a modern style. The 90-minute deep tissue massage, foot massage, and hot stone treatment relieved the pain and fatigue in my body. The therapist was very professional, accurately pressing on my pain points according to my needs. It was fantastic! This is a very cost-effective place! The female staff were all very kind, friendly, and approachable. You'll leave relaxed and happy! I will definitely be back!！👍

Super friendly, walk ins accepted! Relieved my hip pain and didn’t catch the name of the therapist but she did great!

Went there due to i had a pinched nerve from moving across the country and driving long hours so i www desperate for some relief and oxycodone wasn’t really helping lol. Went in and this tiny cute Asian woman took me to the room. I wasn’t going to judge based on size so I took off all my clothing and prayed for the best. I’m 6’3 235 lbs so she had to climb on me and when she got to work she did a great job I have to say. She found a spot on my sciatica and when she worked on it, I felt the relief all the way up from the lower back to mid back and the neck area. As soon as she found the spots, my migraine began leaving me 🙌. It was an hour massage and I she did a great job. She hit all the spots that were plaguing me. From the pinched nerve to the sciatica to my slipper discs etc No

Just had a wonderful massage at this place. LInda know how to work on those sore muscles. She is a wonderful girl. And is good at her job. I would highly recommend this place for your next massage.
