Massachusetts Dermatology Associates

I have had excellent experience with the doctors at this practice, but they can't seem to get their back office / technology support right. After four attempts with missing paperwork, botched prescriptions, missing labs/tests and appointments that are scheduled by the office outside of the windows for treatment or insurable windows, I left the practice because I don't have confidence that ongoing monitoring of health conditions and prescriptions can be adequately managed by this office. This has resulted in me paying significantly more out of pocket than is required, and resetting timelines for treatment by 3+ months.

Dr Brun and staff are fantastic. She is always very thorough and patient. She makes sure I have no questions and explains every finding and procedure completely. Staff is always very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

I began seeing Dr. Klebanov this spring and cannot say enough good things! He is extremely kind, professional and intelligent. My appointments have never felt rushed and he explains things thoroughly in a manner I can understand. I'm also so happy to be seeing improvements with my skin! The office staff are also very professional and I always appreciate the short wait times when I arrive for my appointment.

I had an appointment with Dr.Nikolai Klebanov at MassDermAssoc for a skin cancer screening and Dr.Klebanov was so kind and caring and made my visit so less stressful for me. It was my first time meeting Dr.Klebanov and he was so professional but also so informative of the process and made me feel comfortable. Natalie

I got to my appointment a half hour early due to my concerns about traffic and finding the office in the massive space that is Cummings center. I am a new patient to this practice. While staff was nice, it seemed like a scripted encounter with every patient. I say that because as I waited over a half hour to be brought into a cold exam room. I overheard the conversations for over an hour. I waited at least 25 minutes in the exam room in a paper gown to be examined. The doctor did apologized for the delay due to procedures going longer than anticipated. If I had this information at check in or before I headed to the office, I would have done the errands I entended to do prior to the appointment.
