The receptionist is extremely attentive and has excellent customer service skills. The dental assistants are knowledgeable and kind. Dr. Franciskato has provided me with the best dental care since I first began seeing her mid 2025. I've had fillings and an extraction performed here, the process was painless and extraction healed quickly. This office is wonderful; I even referred my father because I was so impressed. There is never a long wait to be seen once you arrive and the services are completed quickly with quality and care. I highly recommend this office!

First time here and what an absolute pleasure. Hygienist was extremely thorough yet gentle and made every effort to make you feel comfortable during the cleaning. The dentist is excellent and even found the reason for some sensitivity around some work a previous dentist did. Would highly recommend!!

Such a great dentist office, all of the staff are very knowledgeable and kind, and provide exceptional care. I moved an hour away from Beverly and I continue to go here. Dr. F is very honest and treats every appointment with the same level of concern. Laura does a great job of making you feel comfortable and welcomed. And the young lady at the front desk is just a ray of sunshine, she always puts a smile on my face.
