I’ve been going to Christina regularly for a few months for neck, shoulder, and back tightness. I’ve noticed a real improvement in how my body feels (less tension, better mobility) and Christina has created a space where I feel comfortable and at ease. She always checks in to see how my body is feeling before and after each session.
