MARYLAND RETINA

Saw the Dr a little after 10:30 though I had 9:00 appt. As many as 14 in the tiny waiting room for the one Dr., some standing. My previous 2 appts were behind but not this bad. He seems kind but not too talkative with information for me. Staff is very nice. I will probably go elsewhere if another issue arises.

thanks his good care and knowledge of current threatment options I I regained almost double the vision it was predicted by others I would loose. Dr Syed always takes the time to fully answer my questions, explain procedures and his staff has always been extremely helpful. - even to helping make sure I had the proper referrals and such to avoid insurance hassles (not their responsibility but their help certainly made it easier for me.)

Dr. Syed recently repaired my detached retina and I couldn't be happier with the care that I received. He is a very skilled physician with an impeccable bedside manner. I feel totally at ease in his care. I'm also very happy with the friendly and skilled staff in his Eldersburg office. I'm grateful to Dr. Syed and his staff for preserving my vision!

Absolutely not a place for wheelchairs Client appointment was at 130 was not seen until 3 Over crowded small waiting room Girls on the phone and waiting room full of people No where to sit

Waited 1 hour before being seen for a consultation. Another 2 hours there in waiting room waiting for tests, results. Doctor even had an Interview ( person who came in for job interview) that he took ahead of the patients who waited close to 3 hours there.
