The staff here, even at the front desk, are very sweet and caring! My initial consult was very quick, they made instructions easy. The day of the actual procedure I was quite nervous, I’ve never been put down under before so I was not sure what to expect. I’m a pretty squeamish person, I don’t like needles and I don’t like blood or hearing/seeing what’s being done to me… But my procedure experience was just, easy! I woke up, I felt like no time had passed, no pain, no complaints. No nausea, no dizziness. I actually laughed til there were tears 😂 because I just couldn’t believe time passed at all. The staff here made me very comfortable! Thank you Dr. Hoffrichter and everyone else who assisted me during my procedure! Now to start the healing journey.. ☺️

Second time at MOSA, the staff and Dr. M Hoffrichter are wonderful, professional and supportive to their patients. My Dentist office could have done the extractions, but their estimates were ridiculously very high, same insurance and same procedure. Then I remembered my great experience with MOSA. I had a great experience about 3 years ago when my son needed 4 teeth taken out and we were referred to MOSA. MOSA’s estimate was way reasonable. Dr. M Hoffrichter is very knowledgeable and experienced, he is quick too.

I took my son, Noah for a dental consult and we had the best front office experience of my life. Jessica was absolutely fantastic. She explained everything perfectly and was really nice. Smiling the whole time. She relaxed us as soon as soon she spoke. What a wonderful person.

To say I was a little hesitant about a tooth extraction would be right on target! From the time I entered the office the staff were friendly and ready to make me feel comfortable . Making sure I understood the procedure was paramount to them and important to me. I became relaxed and ready to start! When the doctor entered the room he was ready to answer any questions or concerns and talked me through the prep. Numbing the area was first and he worked quickly and efficiently to numb the area. When the numbing agent took effect he began talking me through what he was doing and concerned I was comfortable. I was prepared for what he was doing and felt he was skilled and knowledgeable . He removed the tooth and together with his assistant prepared me for post operation. I highly recommend this

From the initial consultation through my post-extraction care for four wisdom teeth, I had an amazing experience. As a former dental assistant, I was impressed with the level of service at this office. Everyone from the front desk staff to the assistants and the dentist clearly knows what they’re doing. I was very nervous about the extraction because of my intense fear of needles, but they went above and beyond to make me comfortable, offering everything from laughing gas to exceptional care. A special shoutout to the dental assistant (I unfortunately didn’t catch his name) who truly made this the best dental appointment I’ve ever had. Thank you to Dr. Contratto for listening to my concerns and taking such great care of me. I would absolutely recommend this office to anyone.
