My wife was admitted in the ED, and all the tests began immediately. She was diagnosed, and assigned a room. Obviously everything takes time, but the process was still exceptional. Once in her assigned room, the staff checked her in, introduced themselves, and made sure she was comfortable. EVERY staff member has been AWESOME. Especially a nurse named Shannon. My wife has stated after every meal, BETTER than a lot of restaurants. So great staff, clean rooms, awesome Doctor, and even the volunteer lady and personal bringing her meals have been kind. So if the need arises, and I life the odds are high, we will definitely choose Stafford Hospital.

My husband stayed at this hospital for over 24 hours, including time in the ER and a regular room. However, despite being awake the entire time, he was not provided any food throughout his stay. He fell into a river and was stranded for hours before being rescued by a fisherman and taken to the ER. Upon arrival, he had to sit in a chair for over four hours because no bed was available. After being transferred to a regular room in the afternoon, he remained there until his discharge the next afternoon. Unfortunately, the nursing staff did not ensure he received a meal, as he had missed the online ordering window. Went to the ER bcuz I hurt my knee and could barely walk. There was a lot of people in the waiting room but they got thru us quickly. The staff was kind, courteous, helpful and efficient. The waiting room was clean and the bathroom was nice and clean. I wish I could remember the Physician Assts name but she was great. Nurses, Nana and Erin were great! They made a painful time a good experience. And my knee is way better than yesterday.

I’m sorry for those that have had bad experiences here but I had an excellent experience. From the check-in counter, to triage, to the PA Kristen, paramedic Coco, ultrasound tech Kim, and all the others that helped me, I was well taken care of and so quick! I was in and out of the ER in 1.5 hours. Very thankful for their efficiency and assistance in our issues.

I was told to be here at 6:30. It's now 7:20. I'm just walking back to the room and the place is empty. Be serious. I can see why the rating here is so low.
