So self parking is a nightmare best to go to Hope Tower and use Valet as they have all the spots reserved anyway. They should really address the parking as its definitely getting in the way of receiving 5 stars. Otherwise excellent experience both times I've been here. Today my nurse Jessica and her teammate were wonderful and I appreciate working with professionals as knowledgeable and personable as them. Also, the artwork is very nice good job to whomever made the art selections. Thank you for taking care of me.

The staff on the 4th floor is the BEST. They are all friendly, positive and make their patients feel comfortable. From the PCT'S to the PNs, RNs and Physicians they are beyond 5 stars! The check in and out system is well organized as is the patient updating system for those waiting. I think the hospital is also 5 stars for cleanliness, convenience and friendly staff.
