Mary Griffin

Dr. Griffin is patient, kind, extremely knowledgeable and always helpful. She takes the time to explain a diagnosis and how it can be treated. I appreciate the time she spends with me as a patient. Other doctors are always rushing through the exam and not focused on the patient. Dr. Griffin is focused on patient care. Dr. Griffin is amazing with injectables such as Botox and the results are very natural. The office is very welcoming from the front desk, to the nurses, to Dr. Griffin.

Rudest front desk staff I have ever had the displeasure of speaking with. I called this office to check Dr. Griffin's availability to take me on as a new patient and was put on hold for 15 minutes. Whoever is the receptionist Friday mornings needs to quit. She was very short, said my insurance wasn't accepted one second, and then accepted the next. She then started rushing me through verifying my insurance to start the new patient process. While I tried pulling it up, she was rude and in a rush and told me to call her back. I gave up at that point and told her I would look elsewhere because of the way she was treating me, like I was inconveniencing her. Hope the Dr is better than her staff.

Dr. Griffin is no nonsense and has always given me successful remedies and helpful advice. She has never entered the exam room with multiple medical students. (This happened at my previous dermatologist and was so embarrassing and uncomfortable for me.) The staff is competent and friendly. I am grateful to have found Dr. Griffin, I know I can count on her.

Dr Griffin is highly efficient, thorough and professional.
