Live Better Hearing + Balance

I needed a repair on a hearing aid (a broken wire from the receiver to the ear piece.) They fit me in at the end of their office hours, and the audiologist was able to fix the problem while I waited. She also provided some helpful advice on how to avoid such problems in the future.

Great service. I had an emergency hearing aid repair and they were able to schedule me and make the repair the same day. Highly recommend for audiology needs and hearing aids.

I stopped by Live Better Hearing to see if they could fix my hearing aid. Unfortunately they could not so it would have to be sent to the factory for the repair. I'd be out of my hearing aid for two weeks. :( Then Dr. Caitlin Pertmer and her team decided to give it one more try before sending it off, and amazingly enough, they found a creative way to fix it and I'm now back in "business". Great customer service and I appreciated them going that extra mile.
