Main Line Family Eye Care

I wanted to change my mother’s eye doctor from Center City Philadelphia. Her insurance company gave several places . After reaching out to 4 snd wasn't please with the verbal interaction. I waited a day and tried 5th on this list which was Main Line Family Eye Care…From the initial telephone call I knew I was“home”. The appointment was awesome. My mother is on a walker and the gentle care taken was warning. The doctor was quite professional. He communicate to my mother and not to me for my mother. The prices wasn't bad either. Our annual appointment was made before leaving.

Highly recommend! The glasses are so cutesy. Dr Schechter and Emily are very helpful.

Dr. Uri is very knowledgeable and thorough. He explained everything and answered all my questions. He was very sincere in understanding my concerns and addressed them fully. Emily, at the reception was very friendly and courteous. I plan to be in touch with her about my prescription glasses.

Lovely doctor however last week I needed to come in to pick up an appointment receipt and I double checked their personal website and google hours to make sure they were open. It said they were open on Mondays 9-5 so I walk over there come to find the door is locked and lights are off so they must be closed. There were no note on the door or anything explaining this, in fact there was a schedule of their hours telling me they were open. I walked over again today (Monday 7/28) in hopes of accomplishing what I tried to get done last week and once again it said they were open but when I got to the store is was clearly closed. If you’re on vacation or something right now that’s fine but PLEASE update your hours or put up some notice so I can stop wasting my time walking there.

Very nice practice. Patient, caring, knowledgeable doctor who spends the time with you, very friendly and warm receptionist, clean and modern. Would definitely recommend. I am glad to have found it. I now feel confident I have a good eye clinic to take care of me hopefully for years to come.
