I could not be more grateful to have found Martina. When I walked in her door I had already been to countless doctors and physical therapists for my knee, but no one seemed to be capable of resolving my issue permanently. The first thing that struck me about Martina was the thoughtfulness with which she approaches massage therapy - thinking in terms of long term solutions in months and years rather than a shorter point solution. Martina didn't just help treat my one injury, but put me on a track towards maintaining my fitness and health far into the future. It also doesn't hurt that she was a joy to be around while doing so.

Martina is an incredibly knowledgeable, thoughtful, and effective massage therapist. I have had sciatica and hip issues for 10+ years and after 2-3 sessions I really noticed a difference. She asks a lot of questions about your medical history in order to truly understand what’s driving your pain. She also seems to genuinely care about the people she treats and doesn’t try to sell you on coming back every week, etc. - she recommends what she believes will help you to minimize your pain and is very professional. I will continue to return to Martina periodically as my hip issues flare up.
