I have been a patient of Dr Merrell for years. He is an excellent doctor, and helped me with my vision problems. His office staff has always been professional and kind. Especially the blond with the short hair. She is very knowledgeable and cares about all of the patients.

WORST. PLACE. EVER. The doctor is great, but his receptionist is AWFUL. And even though you go there for the doctor, she is the one you have to deal with most of the time and she is the rudest person I have ever interacted with. I am talking about a blonde lady with short hair. Sorry Dr Merrell, but your choice on staff was really poor. Just to make it clear, everyone else in the place is nice to work with, but her as the receptionist is the face of the office and this face is very unpleasant.

I would never go anywhere else! I know my eyes are in great hands.
