When you call there most of the time no one answers and when they do they can be quite rude. When you expect a call back from the doctor after being in the emergency room keep waiting. When trying to make an appointment be ready to wait three or four weeks to be seen. When you get there for your appointment be ready to wait for another thirty minutes to a hour to be seen. The unorganised things that happened there are not ok when my health is and should be the biggest concern. Think twice before choosing this for your primary health care.

This place is horrible. It takes them 2 weeks to tell you they received the lab results (if they even call you at all) when the lab sent them the results 3 days after blood work was done. They never answer to make an appointment and if by luck they do answer they are very rude and not very helpful. Excuse the French but F*#][# this place. Its medical staff like yours that make this healthcare system so expensive and useless...

Friendly staff. Decent wait times. Comfortable waiting area. Only knock is no recommendations to prevent what one has, goes straight to meds to treat symptoms and then off to the next patient. Otherwise, pretty aolid staff.

This place sucks, the office manager was very rude and unprofessional. Dr. Marlon Farley was never there. My doctor Lan Lam was not very useful and would not help me with my problem. I'm glad I left. I have a much better doctor now.

Never seen him. Office refuse to give you appointment. When I got appointment, they canceled. Staff lied about appointment. When investigation came they canceled me out. Terrible experience!
