Market 32 Pharmacy

I'm switching back to CVS. I call days in advance for a script, only to arrive and be told I need to wait 15 minutes. They're constantly understaffed which results in them not having any idea when my med will be ready. They're always rude when you call them and sound irritated and overwhelmed, specifically the woman who always answers the phone. 2 out of 10 stars, because at least the location is convenient. However it's not worth the hassle of never getting my meds on time.

Switching back to CVS immediately. Horrible customer service, staff has a clear lack of care on the phones especially and can't provide you a time for when your medications will be filled either. Met with shrugged shoulders and perplexed looks if you ask when you can expect to pick something up. Have had missed doses of medications due to the unreliability of the refills. Delivery service is equally unreliable and requires constant follow up to make sure your order isn't canceled unexpectedly. Couldn't recommend people to go elsewhere enough.

I changed my pharmacy from CVS in Delmar to market 32 Slingerlands this year and I have definitely observed a decline in the quality of care. I have made multiple calls to market 32 Pharmacy to inquire about my prescriptions from my doctor. However, they claim that they never received them. When I contacted my doctor to verify the information and phone number, he informed me that he had indeed called market 32 Pharmacy. When I called market 32 Pharmacy again, they acknowledged receiving the prescriptions but stated that they were unable to fill them due to being out of stock. This was never an issue when I was using CVS, and as a result, I cannot recommend this pharmacy.

Primary care physician called in 2 rx's two days ago. PC pharmacy did not contact me to let me know they were received and when they would be filled, they could not tell me upfront if insurance covered them (unlike CVS), and when I called back the next day I was told that the insurance would not cover them. When I asked why I wasnot notified either via text or phone call she said it was probably because they were busy. Extremely incompetent. I will NEVER try to get another rx filled there again.

Convenient, right in Price Chopper so you can get your shopping done while waiting for your prescriptions to be filled . Friendly , knowledgeable staff always ready to answer any questions that you may have about your medications. Smaller than most but if something is not in stock, they will order and have it for you in about 24hours.
