If it weren’t for the front desk staff, I’d be giving this place a 5 star review for the rest of their staff and providers (Kristin Grovenger in particular is absolutely amazing). More times than not when I call, the front desk staff is extremely rude, argumentative, and in my most recent case, recently refuses to pass me off to a different representative and staff lead or office manager. I was repeatedly cut off, then eventually hung up on and the phones were immediately turned off to where I was only being sent to voicemail. One of my other providers even tried to call and was unable to get through. Probably the most unprofessional front desk staff I’ve ever had to deal with in the medical field. The staff is constantly profesonal throughout my visits or phone calls nurses are always calling checking to see how you are doing or if they can help. Doctor dollard has always been fantastic he's the reason i followed him to your practice he always listens to my issues and yes I have issues lol.i know he would make more money seeing people with better insurance but he makes me feel like I'm the most important one he has I feel more of a friend to him than a business he's a great doctor

I’ve been coming to this practice for many years. Doctors seem to come and go, but this seems to be the norm now. My biggest complaint is the lack of communication and access to care. In the office the providers are great. Out of the office it’s literally impossible to speak to anyone. I’m not sure if the phones intentionally aren’t answered so you have to leave a message, but that’s what happens every single time I’ve tried to call. I’ll see results posted in my portal for weeks before anyone calls me to discuss them. The past two times I’ve had bloodwork done I’ve had to call after and ask for a nurse to call me back with explanation or instructions for medication changes after 10+ days. You’d think there would be a little more urgency when you’re going for a sick visit and waiting for m

you tell them days in advance that you need a prescription refilled and they still won’t get it sent for you. You end up needing to go without medicine that you shouldn’t be waiting on for days or weeks and they’re extremely hard to get on the phone when you do try to call.
