Not once, not twice— but three times my husband and I were conveniently shorted by about 3-4 days on our methylphenidate prescriptions, aka a controlled substance. Since I don’t have proof I can’t say anything without looking like a junkie, so of course nothing can be done. Count your meds before you leave this pharmacy, do not trust them to have “counted correctly.”

Was given a paper prescription, brought it to my pharmacy where I'm established and fill my routine meds. My doctor didn't fill out the entire name/address on the paper, just the med. Got denied my meds and told to contact my physician, no attempt to help me whatsoever. I walked out to my car, filled in my name/address, took it to the Walgreens down the street and got my antibiotics. Maybe consider assisting your customers.

I have never had any problems with the pharmacy! I find all the employees to be nice, kind and very helpful. My meds are always ready when they text me to come pick them up and I never have had to wait for them but a few hours after they are due.

After getting the run around fron my insurance company about civering a prescription, I finally decide to pay cash. Im told on Thursday on the phone that the pharmacist would uave to order it and she wouldnt have it til Tuesday of the next week. Dissapointing, but ok fine. I call Tuesday afternoon and am told that she has to order it and it wont be in til tomorrow after 3. Im supposed to start this medication in the morning. So now I have to wait til Thursday to treat a condition. Ive suffered with my entire life because the pharmacist dropped the ball. Not to mention that its a controlled substance so I'm made to feel like im drug seeking because I'm paying cash. This pharmacist is a joke. As soon as I am able I will be switching pharmacies. If I could give a zero rating I would.

If I could give a negative star right now I would! This place has went down the toilet completely over the last year……ALWAYS a song and a dance to get meds anymore!
