Market 32 Pharmacy

Enrico feels that because my wife has heart failure and is on a lot of medication that he should argue with her about coming inside to get scripts. Run far from this pharmacy. Total joke. He shouldn't work with people.

I’m normally not one to leave poor reviews unless I constantly get bad service. This one is pretty bad, however. I know everybody is busy, but even after a week my script was not ready and I had to wait. This has happened multiple times and switching pharmacies. BTW the other PC pharmacies are much better, both in Latham and Guilderland.

I have 5 minutes experience with this pharmacy, and it was unacceptable. They told my diabetic grandmother that they ran out of her type of insulin a week ago, and (paraphrased) "oh well, you have to wait until monday". They were so anxious to get out of the door EARLY for the day, and clearly did not care at all about their job nor anyone but themselves. She mentioned the rude behavior there is common. I will make sure she never uses this pharmacy again. Also, the location in Google is wrong, it is on the left/front side of the Market 32. So you know where to AVOID!

While I love Market32, hate they pharmacy. I have yet to receive good service from them. Make me miss CVS pharmacy like I used to missed my first boyfriend. Can’t wait to switch insurance and get back with CVS again. Update: The lady with 60’ hairstyles is the reason why I dislike going there. She is rude as hell and should not be working with customers.

I used to use CVS but I couldn't handle the ridiculous wait time and rude staff any longer. The male pharmacist at Market 32 was very helpful in getting my RX's changed over and usually there is no wait at all. I did have a rather unpleasant experience with a female member of the staff who told me that they didn't have time to sit on the phone with my doc to change my script to there, but overall I'm happy I changed.
