Customer Reviews
Dr. Souweidane, once again, I would like to thank you sincerely, and your assistants at the front desk (i.e. Cassandra and the other lady whose name I do not remember exactly, but she was your direct assistant, if I remember correctly), you have been so kind, and I won't forget it. Humanity prevails sometimes, and you clearly are good human beings (in addition to Dr. Souweidane being an outstanding expert in his field). Once again, and from the bottom of my heart, thank you very much.
Dr. Souweidane is a remarkable professional. He is truly the best doctor in the world in his field. He is very attentive and kind. His team was great too.
Dr Souweidane is excellent! He is the utmost expert in Colloid Cyst. His office is fabulous in communication. My husband is recovering beautifully and walking after only 20 hrs after surgery. We are just waiting for his memory issues to improve as he had an excellent memory prior to surgery.
Dr Souweidane may or may not remember me. He's done surgery on me twice. Once in 1997 and another in 2000. It was a Vp shunt placement and a revision. 25 years later I still have the same shunt. I personally feel like I'm soon due for another. And I so wish I could go back to the same doctor. He saved my life. I know it's just a job to him. But for a shunt to last as long as mine has. Im forever grateful.
As a nurse, I’ve met and worked with a lot of doctors. As a patient, I’ve only been under the care of a few. Dr. Mark Souweidane is easily the nicest, more straightforward, understanding, and calming doctor I’ve met. I had my colloid cyst removed at Weill Cornell with him as my surgeon and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. I was unbelievably nervous and just scared. As soon as I got to my pre op appointment the day before surgery I was instantly soothed just by his presence. Must be why he normally specializes in pediatrics. The morning of surgery, I still was calm when I swore I was going to be losing my mind. Now I’m on the other side of this tumor and I feel great and am so thankful I was able to travel to this hospital from Vermont, that he took my insurance, and that everything
