Waited for 3 hours for a scheduled consultation with no updates or apology. Completely disrespectful of patients’ time. I won’t be returning.

The absolute worst experience with this doctor’s office. A 3.5 hour wait time in the waiting room for a scheduled procedure. When calling his office for a prescription refill, 25 minutes hold time with the assistant informing me that the doctor is busy seeing patients and may send in the refill today but most likely tomorrow. The staff and manner in which patients are treated places this doctor’s reputation in a negative light.

Terrible office staff. The text they sent me to confirm the appt said "our endoscopy center" instead of "our office" which implied it was not at the office. They gave an ABN filled with general information that did not apply to me (It's supposed to be specific to my case, stating which procedure I am having, and exactly why they expect my insurance to deny the claim. The form said "No authorization" but they had the authorization, and listed procedures I was not even having. I received no information on prepping for the endoscopy or the colonoscopy, and none exists on their website. ONE STAR IS TOO MANY!

The anesthesist without experience put me in acute respiratory distress during the aborted colonoscopy!
