Mariano's Pharmacy

This is truly the best pharmacy I’ve ever gone to. I’ll never go anywhere else if I can help it. Every single member of the staff is so kind, so caring, and so intelligent; they are just capable in every way. They treat you like a friend rather than just another client. There have been so many times they’ve gone out of their way to help me in a pinch. All the pharmacists I’ve interacted with there are so knowledgeable and just such cool people. Again, truly the best!

Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Convenient location and staff is nice enough. The hours are bad and I’ve always have had to wait.

I went to this pharmacy yesterday for the first time, as we are new to the area. It was 2:00pm and looked like the windows were closed but there were a few people inside. I went around to the side and kindly asked if they were open. A woman was sitting in a chair eating with her back to me, never even bothered to turn around and said "no, we are closed for lunch". Extremely RUDE. I called my doctor and had my rx changed to a different pharmacy.

First of all, Jerry (pharmacist) is the best. Unfortunately he can't be there all of the time. Jerry was not here this day during this occurence. I went to refill my prescriptions (2 prescriptions that are not able to be called in) that I have been refilling at this pharmacy for many years. I waited for 45 minutes and finally I had to leave to pick up my daughter at school. That was fine but then I came back and I was told that they didn't have one of my medicines and I couldn't get it until Monday, it was Friday. That was fine I need to take this medicine and would run out by Monday but that was fine too. He rings up the one prescription that they would refill but then he wouldn't ring up 2 small boxes of cookies that I grabbed walking towards the pharmacy. 2 lousy small boxes of cook

Was racially profiled when picking up a prescription that I have picked up at other Mariano's locations. A rude woman with a tattoo on her neck interrogated me and asked where i had been previously picking up and why I hadn't filled in a few months. Then she whispered with the other woman pharmacist while i was standing a foot away and she said they were out of the medication. Never again. Stay away!
