Dr. Joy (Carlson Dental) I don’t even know where to start. I came in last week with a cracked tooth — up all night in serious pain, face swollen, and honestly a little panicked. Dr. Joy and his staff got me in right away, no runaround, no waiting, even though it was an extremely busy day. Dr. Joy was incredible. He put together a thorough treatment plan, made sure I was comfortable and pain-free throughout the entire process, and handled absolutely everything. I couldn’t have asked for better care. Five stars also to his assistant Anna who was so caring and reassuring. If you’re looking for an excellent dentist, someone who truly cares about patient comfort and quality dental care, I strongly recommend Dr. Joy. Laurie R.

Dr. Carlson has been a great dentist for me for 6-7 years or so. He spotted an internal resorption issue with my bottom front teeth by using 3D scanning, which no other dentist had done before—and this was when I first started seeing him about 6-7 years ago. I chose him when seeking a quality dentist to replace my prior dentist. I had read many favorable reviews of Dr. Carlson, and I can see why he is so highly considered. In general, he is a very thorough, knowledgeable, and very high-quality dentist. Details: Dr. Carlson identified an issue with my bottom two front teeth—internal resorption—triggered by a trauma from biting into gristle of a Burger King grilled chicken sandwich more than 15 years ago…(you try to eat healthy, and you can damage your front teeth :-)). I’ve always had a great experience at Carlson Dental —the entire team is warm, professional, and truly cares about their patients. From the front desk to the hygienists and dentists, everyone goes above and beyond. I’ve been seeing Dr. Carlson for some time and have always appreciated his excellent care. More recently, I’ve had a few visits with Dr. Joy for a cleaning and fillings, and he has been absolutely wonderful—easygoing, gentle, and very thorough. What meant the most was how great everyone was with my 3-year-old son, Aiden, during his very first dental visit. Dr. Joy was fantastic with him, making the experience fun and stress-free. Dr. Carlson is an incredible craftsman. He is totally painless and he goes above and beyond. I can’t say enough about his thoroughness and care. I’m fortunate to have him as my dentist. I would give him 10 stars if I could.

I had my 1st appointment with my dentist this week with Dr Carlson since covid 19 began. It was great! Dr Carlson and his staff have taken every precaution to protect the patients and themselves. As always I'm totally relaxed knowing that I'm in good hands and getting the best dental care. If your nervous about seeing a dentist this is the place to go. He's been my dentist for many years. I have family and friends that also are his patients and are very satisfied with his professionalism. 😁
