I have visited this podiatry clinic three times. The first two visits were excellent—I saw two different doctors, and both were professional, knowledgeable, and provided great care. On my last visit, the doctor recommended a minor procedure and appropriately advised me to check with my PCP first due to being on blood thinners. Since then, I have had great difficulty reaching the office to schedule the procedure. Calls often go unanswered, there is no option to leave a message, and although I was told someone would call me back, I never received a response. The doctors are very good, but the office communication and follow-up need much improvement. What a shame 🙄 I have made an appointment with a different podiatrist I am hoping they'll be better.

**Update** 10/29 After my previous experience, the office contacted me to address the issue and offered for me to come back and give it one more try. This time, I had an appointment with Dr. Marian Davis, and it was a completely different experience. I felt genuinely cared for — the staff was professional and kind, and Dr. Davis took the time to explain everything clearly and make sure I understood each step of the treatment. It made a big difference to feel listened to and comfortable throughout the visit. I just hope the same level of care continues even when Dr. Davis isn’t there. ————— I had one of the worst medical experiences of my life at this office. Today I was in doctor's Davis office on my appointment. I spent almost 3 hours, got XRay,spoke with assistant, and some lady,introduced yourself like doctor but she is not. Finally, when I asked about dr.Davis she told me what dr.Davis is not in office because she on the surgery. It was her regular surgery day,Thursday. I live very far, it was difficult to drive and find this place and finally I don't have any results, just spent my time. Why they scheduled my appointment on this day and remind me 3 time?why so disrespect to patients and person?what is the ethics of this medical office that does not meet the requirements and standards in the USA? I was very upset and disappointed such a disrespectful attitude that negatively affects a doctor's Davis reputation.

Dr. Marian Davis and her staff work each day to improve patients lives. I always appreciate them for the knowledge they share with us. I highly recommend this podiatrist.

Positive experience from start to finish. I was given an appointment immediately, for the date and time that best suited me. Easy, ample free parking on-site. Staff pleasant and professional and showed concern for my well-being. Asked me many questions and listened carefully to my responses to help them develop the best course of treatment for me. I left completely satisfied with my experience here and the resulting treatment.
