This doctor is the epitome of a degree with no merit. Experience with no personal growth and a terrible attitude for "18" years of experience. She must have missed the bedside manner and patient interaction portion of med school. I'm thoroughly surprised she hasn't had a lawsuit for neglect. They are just trying to capitalize on excessive visits and bleeding people dry. She doesn't listen to parents and the front desk is pitiful. If you have the ability find another pediatrician.

We love Dr. Castro she takes the time to listen to your concerns and answers your questions. She also cares and it shows through her professional demeanor and the time she spends with our kids at every visit. She is knowledgable and every visit is thorough. Most importantly she takes time to learn about your kids so if something is not right she is aware. We have no complaints only compliments.

I will be forever grateful for Dr. Castro and her investment in acquiring the latest medical technology for her office. My daughter has routinely visited another pediatrician on an annual basis for her yearly check up. She has always successfully passed the "old-fashioned eye chart examination" without any concern. Nearly one year ago our children attended the same daycare to which the school always performed routine annual hearing test but she had never had an eye examination at school. Dr. Castro, a very compassionate mother and provider, came into their school and spent her time as a service to help indentify an unmet need that had existed that can impact children in more ways than you can imagine. There have been multiple instances where I've been very unhappy with my experiences here. The one I'll share is when my daughter was left on antibiotics for several extra days because they just didn't get around to calling us with the lab results. Antibiotics are indiscriminate when dealing with the task of killing bacteria. This means that "good" bacteria pays the price for getting rid of "bad" bacteria. Had I not called them myself I would have kicked myself further for letting Dr. Castro convince me to treat the possibility of an infection in an almost asymptomatic child after the preliminary, in-office results showed nothing. This is just 1 example where Dr. Castro and her staff have really disappointed me. Frankly, I've yet to have a positive experience and quickly decided to move on
