Maria Anchundia

Dr. Anchundia is very knowledgeable and patient. She is a good listener. I really like her, but won't go back because I dislike Central Florida Health Care in Haines City very much. They are not a good office for pediatrics. The call center is rude and very unhelpful. They have nurses that are not good with children, and make the experience more stressful for little ones. The wait time is ridiculous, especially for small children. Highly recommend Dr. Anchundia (hope she goes somewhere else), but can't caution enough to stay away from Central Florida Health Care in Haines City.

Do not bring your young children here. This lady is absolute rudeness. I was on the phone with my husband the children’s father because he has Covid and could not make it to the appointment so we can hear what’s going on and I didn’t have to re-iterate everything later. I’ll put my phone on the counter to put my baby on the examining table and she hung up my property with their father. She then proceeded to tell me it was for privacy reasons, which I told her not to touch my property which her response was to stomp out of the room, like a big child, and slam the door in my face. When I tried to call, no one got back and no one was picking up.
