Marc's Pharmacy

So I was forced to come to this pharmacy by my insurance. Want your prescriptions to be paid at 100% come to Marcs. They said. So I begrudgeonly switched from Giant Eagle which I was fine with. Soon I started talking to Tyler about the drugs I was taking. My endocronologist and GP really didnt take the time to explain things to me. Tyler did. Twice my GP called in a script and I noticed it was wrong. So did Bob one of the pharmacists. He told me he called to get the prescription changed before I got there. One thing I also noticed is that the staff here, while busy still take the time to make sure you are getting the lowest discounted price. So while I was FORCED to come here by my insurance. I am very pleased. I feel well informed and well taken care of. Yeah Yeah Marcs could really use

I came here to pick up my mom's meds, and several items. I have six items in my basket. Your pharmacist is refusing to ring me out for any of these items. I have never had a pharmacist refuse to ring me out no matter what number of items I've had. This is the first time I've ever had one of your employees refuse to do something so simple as to ring someone out. If this is store policy, it needs to be clearly stated. This happened around 2o'clock on Sunday 1-14-18 at the pharmacy at your kamm's corner location.

I shop at three Marc's store apparently your not making the warp sandwiches, for the last month plus you dont have the super Italian, turkey and chicken chipotle available. Im currently eating a Heinens prepared sandwich.

I have to say the marcs pharmacy at kamms is the best pharmacy I ever been too, I have a very special condition and they have always been so kind to me and will talk to me nicely, not treating me like I'm wasting their time and has NEVER once been rude and that's a very big deal for me, I have massive anxiety and pannick attacks that are so hard they make me have seizures, but the pharmacist Tyler doesn't make me feel worthless like a lot of other big name pharmacies did also the pharmacy tech was very nice too, I'll never go anywhere else

Worst service ever! Pharmacy tech was real rude! Prescription wasn't ready when I was told it would be. Had to go back and stood at the counter for like 5 minutes until someone even acknowledged I was standing there! Most definitely switching pharmacy's!
