Sad sad sad. I’m a parent of a 2 year old and he has trouble speaking. I called to ask to see if they offer Spanish speech therapy when immediately I was cut off from Mrs. Marci Chaves herself saying she knows how to speak it but won’t offer it IF YOUR PLANNING ON GOING BACK , excuse me but what? I didn’t ask that. I didn’t even ask about the status which she said once I responded was I’m Colombian ok ?!? Is that supposed to make what you just said better. My son is autistic so we prefer one language which is Spanish. I felt not only discriminated by phone but just right disgusted. I did let her know to learn how to direct her self better when being asked a question of such Matter.

Our son has been with Marci for the past 6 months and we have seen so much improvement. Our son went from saying less than 15 words to now being able to label parts of his body and our day-to-day items! We couldn't be happier with Marci. My son loves going to the sessions with her as soon as he sees her, he runs right into the office! I now have a son who can communicate with me and tell me his needs and wants!

Our son has been seeing Marci for 4+ years now and his gains are amazing! She has been so patient and loving with him but also pushes him when he needs it!! The support she has given him has helped him achieve goals we weren't sure he could or would. Marci is truly the best at what she does and we are so grateful for everything she has done for our family! ❤️

My daughter has been with Marci about a year. She started as a timid child that needed a lot of work. She helped my child with skills.she lacked. My child is a totally different person from last year. She openly speaks to others without fear. She continues with her and looks forward to every appointment. Scheduling is easy and have accommodated us when needed. All 3 of the therapists are highly knowledgeable. My favorite part is that she held my child accountable for her learning and is thriving because of it. I recommend her 100%.

Marci was the first speech therapist who listened and confirmed what my husband and I already knew, our son had a speech delay. She has worked with him weekly for the last 5 months and our son has made so much progress. Don't confuse Marc's New York personality with someone who doesn't care because this is simply not the case. Marci genuinely cares about the progress made by our son and is equally as proud of him as we are. Marci's direct approach has also given us tools to to be more firm with our rambunctious and energetic son.... a child who could not sit still for 60 seconds is now sitting still to complete fun and engaging therapy sessions.
