Marcia Pharmacy

This is the worst pharmacy in the neighborhood. The pharmacist here is unpleasant, unhelpful and unprofessional. He has zero bedside manner. My husband and I had a question about medication recommendations and he was terrible. He behaved as if we were annoying him by simply asking a question and as if we not worth speaking with. Sean should not be in this business he has terrible customer service skills. Instead of trying to sell us one of the products he carries in the drug store, he called the medicine there snake oil. Unfortunately for them we won't ever return there. I will give my business to another pharmacy. Bye 👋

I always call ahead for all prescriptions. Wait time is never an issue. Sometimes there’s a language barrier but there’s other staff that is always willing to help.

Absolutely inappropriate phone candor. Hung up on me for asking if they had my prescription in stock. Your staff need training.

I loved using Marcia Pharmacy until today 10/14/23, I just had surgery on my ankle yesterday and I’m in excruciating pain. I called Marcia to confirm the filling of my prescription just to have the most disheartening interaction with someone named Sean. He not only gave me a hard time to fill my prescription but laughed at me when I explained to him how important it was for me to get these medications. I hung up in tears and had to call back to have the supervisor assist me. Sean is evil, he lied and said I had no valid insurance on my file which was clearly found by his supervisor so I’m not sure what ego trip or vindictive disgusting person they have working for them but be warned. I will be reaching out to corporate and whoever else I have to talk to about this disgusting behavior it’s
