Maple Ridge Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center

This was my second time at Maple Ridge Nursing and Rehab Facility. I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! The staff was phenomenal from the Nursing Supervisor to charge nurses and aides. They knew what they were doing and helped me tremendously. Always respectful of me and my wishes. And the Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapists were the kindest, most encouraging and helped me to walk again and get up and down stairs so I could return home. And Jen, the wonderful social worker who included me in my care planning, was sweet and kind to me. I couldn't have done it without all of you. You are all awesome!!! Thank you.

Depends on the floor. And shifts. Overall it's a great place for understaffed. Food is 7 of 10 95% of the nurses are awesome. I would highly recommend here. Stay away from bruchwood in Nanticoke Pa. She was there for 60 days very little results. She came here Maple 🍁 ridge for 30 days and was very strong and happy. Just have to remind them for curtain needs. She needs co2 blood work every 3 days I have to remind them...for her labs But it's a great place I don't have to worry about her care. Physical therapy is 10 And hygiene is 10 Cleanness 10

I love you all and will miss you all. Lisa takes care of me so good. Therapy was good and so was the food. I’ll come and visit.

The people that represent this organization are friendly, courteous well well knowledge about anything that happens here or to me or from the facility I recommend this place 100% if I could, I’d recommend it 200% thank you

9-13-2025 I called for my husband several times during the 3-11 shift. Staff never answered the phone, and I finally got hold of them. I was told he is sleeping, I never called, and the person hung up on me. I work in healthcare, and I would never treat a family member the way I was treated. I will be filing a complaint with the DON. Some of the 3-11 staff on the 3rd floor are very nasty.
