Rude staff in office. He never see patients when scheduled. Always asking patients to reschedule. Seemed like a good Dr. after my bypass surgery but not good at follow-up visits. His office staff did not call to tell me I needed to reschedule my appointment again because he was at the hospital. Which happened the last time I had an appointment with him also.Seems like he is to busy to see established patients. Not a very good practice. Should try to see a doctor that will see you on your appointment time.

Best cardiologist I have been too. Does an awesome job. Very pleasant to talk to and cares about his patients. Would highly recommend.

Dr Bansal was so sweet, professional, and informative. The MA and office staff were also amazing.

I made my first appointment months in advance, took off from work to go see cardiologist. I got there 15 min early. When they asked for Ins card I told them I have the card in my phone. Since everything is being done electronically these days, I told them I don’t have a hard copy. I can either email them the electronic card Ins company sent me or give them my policy number and they can check it through website. They said they have to have a hard copy per office manager Cindy and they have to reschedule me. The reason front desk person told me by rolling her eyes rudely was, because of fraud. They have not heard cards can be stolen as well be presented to them falsely. I know Dr. Bansal by working in hospital. He is very nice and understanding, also a wonderful cardiologist and I am not sur

The doctor is wonderful, great bedside manner the rest of the staff was super nice and it was a pleasure being there and continue to have procedures done at his office. It’s so difficult to find a good doctor. I am so glad I found them!
