New 30w60th practice in manhattan. 10/10. Nice space. Aida and Kim at the front desk are so nice and not just responsive but proactive. Drs are excellent. Care is top notch. the doctors have tremendous education and training, everyone has excellent bedside manners, most live in the uws and have young kids themselves. Dr Falcon saw both my kids and is friendly efficient and very pragmatic. So excited they opened up the new location in our neighborhood.

Great practice all around. We mainly use the uptown location but the new Columbus Circle space is so great too - kudos to the whole team! Love that I can get a hold of the office so easily and that they have sick hours that you can can walk into without an appointment everyday (I think except Sunday!).

I genuinely don’t understand the hype. Maybe the doctors are great but they need serious improvement on the admin side. Emailed them to inquire about a new patient consultation given their information session link online wasn’t working. The response was something along the lines of “thank you for choosing our practice. Call us after you have the baby to schedule the first visit” so I responded saying we’re considering a few options, can you share more info about the practice so that we can make an informed decision? No response. Sent another email following up. No response. Called them to ask how we can get more info and they said to send an email and one of the doctors will get back to me. I said I’ve already sent multiple emails and haven’t had much luck getting a response back, but fine

Dr Nowell is so kind and practical. Everyone at this office is amazing! Can’t recommend enough ❤️
