Ashley is the best massage therapist I have ever had the privilege of working with! (And I've been getting massages for 35 years, so I have some experience for comparison.) She is amazing! She has strong hands (and elbows and thighs and knees -- using whatever she needs to get the right angle and pressure), and she checks to make sure that the pressure is OK. Her space is a little oasis in Midtown: you enter into a nondescript building and then you get to her cozy treatment room and immediately start to relax. She uses these well-positioned cushions to find the best ergonomic fit for whatever body is on her table. Also, she does a pre-massage check-in to find out what's going on with you and shares post-massage feedback to suggest what you can do before you get to come back to see her agai

Ashley is absolutely amazing!!! Works closely with you to understand the 'concern' areas, thoroughly but gently - works the areas and then provides post-massage suggestions to avoid reoccurring issues - a true master of her craft. She is the best in all of NYC - I recommend to everyone. The location is perfect, clean and stress-free environment, welcoming and zen. My very happy and healthy/mental place!!!!!

Ashley is an excellent massage therapist - she always takes the time to check in with you and tailors her massage to your areas of concern on that specific day. Every massage is different, but it always feels great and I always feel better afterwards. Her office is lovely, peaceful, quiet, and easy to access on several subway lines. I can't recommend her highly enough - I have been seeing her at least once a month for over a year!
