Manhattan Pediatrics

My daughter has been under Dr Edelstein's excellent care since the day she was born. She is now 18. He has been invaluable to us, and the entire practice is always kind and efficient. He is caring and concerned without ever being flippant, dismissive, or overly-dramatic; he achieves the best possible balance for a physician. I will never forget all the extras he has given us over the years, like finding test results that came from another hospital, finding us specialists, and on and on. Plus he is a kind and wry person. Highly recommended! We will miss him when we finally leave.

Docs are nice & skilled but the receptionists, universally, after about a dozen calls over the years — are rude and snotty. Hard to make an appointment without getting 1000% attitude. Just be nice y’all. Or maybe think about another job than patient relations at a KIDS’ Clinic. Hard to believe they don’t address this as it is a common complaint.

We have been going to the practice for over 16 years. I wish all our doctors are as caring as the doctors at Manhattan Pediatrics. Dr. Eidelstein is not only a great doctor but he has the best skills to calm a new mom’s anxieties by asking the right questions and explaining which symptoms and behaviors to look for. He never failed to call back once after I left him a message. Even after leaving the city and living 2 hours away, we kept him as the kids’ pediatrician because we couldn’t trust anyone else.

Dr. Edelstein and his entire staff are all amazing. My three children have been with Dr.Edelstein from birth and we refuse to leave his practice despite moving out of the city. No one compares to him. We are all blessed and lucky to have found him. His office is also gorgeous and super clean. Dr. Edelstein and his entire practice including the ladies at the front desk get a big thumbs up from our family.

We have gone here several times with our son and daughter since they were born now they are 5 and 6 always a great friendly staff and doctors. Everyone is extremely caring.
