Dr. Chu is one of a kind. She is incredibly caring, thorough, and thoughtful in a way I’ve never experienced with an eye doctor before. She takes the time to ask questions, understand your lifestyle, and really think through what will support you — not just your prescription on paper. You can feel how much attention and consideration goes into every appointment. The staff are equally wonderful — kind, accommodating, and easy to communicate with. The whole experience feels personal, calm, and genuinely supportive. I’m very grateful to have found this practice.

Dr Chu provides exceptional patient care. She is extremely knowledgeable and kind, taking the time to explain things as she goes. Her staff is also extremely efficient, kind and helpful. They called my insurance and helped me get an exemption and always talks through different options and costs with me. Highly recommend!

Dr. Chu and the staff were incredibly professional, welcoming, and knowledgeable . The Dr. went above and beyond in instruction for my eye health. Something I have never been taught. Most of my eye exams have been quick , and dismissed. She took the time to thoroughly explain the importance of my eye care habits. I appreciate people that are passionate about what they do.

Luckily someone cancelled and they were able to squeeze me in and stupid me for not scheduling my exam sooner. But I needed to use up my vision benefits before they expired at the end of the year. The staff is consistently great, especially Yolanda. They always let me know when there are rebates on my contacts. Dr. Chu is so knowledgeable and super friendly. Overall, I’ve been happy every time I have needed an eye exam, contacts or glasses. Prices are fair considering this is an in person business and not some online big box retailer. I’m all for supporting local businesses and have been a loyal customer for over 10 years. Oh, and shout out to Oleg for always fitting my glasses so they’re not falling off my face throughout the day.

I came in Christmas Eve and the staff was amazing. Had an appointment with the friendly/accommodating doctor focused on making my glasses/comtacts perfect for my work needs. The entire staff was cheerful and helpful. I got a new pair of glasses ordered & walked out the door with contacts. Over-all the best doctor/client experience I’ve ever had. I’ll see them soon again just to stay focused.
