I recently visited Manhattan Audio, Inc. for audiological evaluation , and overall, it was a very positive experience. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff were welcoming and efficient, making the check-in process quick and easy. The clinic was clean, well-organized, and followed proper hygiene protocols, which made me feel comfortable and safe. I was called in right on time, which I appreciated. Dr. Seth Weible was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain each step of the hearing test. He asked about my hearing concerns and medical history before starting, which showed a thorough and personalized approach. The testing process itself was smooth and non-invasive. Dr Wieble is very very knowledgeable. I have been seeing him for over 4 years. He is patient, listens to you and comes up with a solution. He takes his time which is very important. Highly recommend !!

Dr Weibel listens to you, and does his best to help a patient understand exactly what to expect and what not to expect. I am now in the process of upgrading to the latest-after "test-driving" 2 models for comparison, and waiting for them to arrive.

The audiologists at Manhattan Audio South are fantastic. They work with multiple, if not all, hearing aid companies and have smart useful opinions on which hearing aids will best fit your individual needs. (Other audiologists I have seen have arrangements with certain manufacturers, and only offer their hearing aids). The Manhattan Audio South doctors connected me to the right hearing aids (after I had bad experiences with other devices and audiologists), and worked with me for hours to achieve the right settings on the hearing aids. I can now hear in restaurants again and at my office, thanks to Seth Weible and his colleagues. Found Manhattan Audio South off of Google and went there for an ear impression. Everyone was super smooth and staff were knowledgeable and friendly. I was in and out with my ear impressions in hand.
