Excellent service, very fast delivery. The staff is always friendly and can be reached for clarification or payment if needed. However, always check the delivery dates correctly and be careful when ordering, as it's possible to get the delivery date wrong. This happened to me for the first time. I highly recommend it.

They give you all of the information you need to name informed decisions, and, as some plans of care go, when things need to be adjusted, they are patient and understanding. I would highly recommend choosing Mandell’s pharmacy. Not only did they have amazing pricing but the customer service was excellent as well. IVF is a very overwhelming and stressful process, but they take the time to listen to the patient and answered every question I had. They definitely put the patient first. They did what they said they would do and called back to check in on you. I was also very impressed with the shipping and my medication arrived before it was expected. The pharmacy staff took a lot of the stress out of the process for me. Thank you!!!

Had a great experience with Mandell’s. Got all the information within a few hours, received my package before I needed it which is amazing. Highly recommend this company. And the package arrived with a sweet message to remind us they are one call away.

Everything was going well with Mandell’s until I experienced a serious delivery issue. My IVF medication was scheduled to be delivered next day air on a Wednesday, but FedEx provided no updates and the package was not delivered for many days - until the following week. Because timing and expiration are critical with these medications, I would have run out and was forced to purchase the medication out of pocket from a local pharmacy. When I contacted Mandell’s, I was advised to look elsewhere for the medication and later was told there would be a $66 restocking fee to stop and return the delayed shipment—despite the delay being outside of my control and given no delivery date in sight. Then the stop was never actually placed, and I personally had to intercept and return the package. Very
