The management at this clinic are devistating to your welll being. I have been there 25 years and have been on 27 take homes for decades literally. Something very critical came up at work and my work management and the client {government) are relying in me to go out of town for a week to fix a very bad problem. I am the only one that knows this part of the system. They already scheduled my flight , car and hotel. I pick up in the middle of the week the same time I am expected to be at the job site. I made a simple request to pick up 1 day earlier than my usual pick up. My take homes are ready all that needs to happen is come in one day earlier. My compliance there is spotless. I have not requested something like this ever in 25 years. One person denied my request. Now does that pers

This is by far the worst place ever. The staff or what passes as staff are so unprofessional. They constantly talk about other patients in front of patients. The facility can’t keep nurses because of the way they’re treated. The councilors come and go so frequently you can’t invest your time and trust with them. The manager in charge is so unprofessional he constantly places people in harms way by kicking them out without any counseling or administrative detox. People frequently overdose because of this. I’ve never seen anything so unprofessional or disregard for human life. Don’t go there

My husband is a contractor so we move a lot. I’ve been to clinics in several states over the course of 16 years, and my MMT privileges for using as prescribed and never failing random drug screens always transferred with me—most importantly, a 30 days’ supply for me to administer at home. This clinic is the ONLY clinic I’ve ever been to that absolutely refuses to acknowledge previous take-home privileges that are earned after a two year period of compliance. They require you to begin as a new patient at transfer, which requires daily visits within a narrow window of availability (usually only a couple of hours very early in the morning) to the clinic to dose.
