Received surgery here from Dr. Rodriguez. Staff at every level was welcoming and kind without exception. Very nice facility; logically laid out and easy to find where you need to go. Also very timely and efficient.

I visited the Andrews Air Force Base ER struggling to breathe, but the staff didn’t take my concerns seriously. Despite repeatedly explaining that I don’t take anti-allergy medications due to personal beliefs, they ignored me and prescribed them anyway, offering no inhaler or alternative solutions. The doctor, a young woman, seemed dismissive and uncaring, more focused on protocol than patient care. I spent hours there with no help or resolution. This ER was completely ineffective—avoid if you need real emergency care. I will write ✍️ a long ICE complaint as soon as the system is up and running - having technical difficulties 🤣 the AI is something else.

Had an appt with the allergist in immunizations. Although it did take a while to get an appt (roughly 1 month), it was a really good appt in the new building (1060), so I was able to park in the new parking garage and easily walk over. Nice facility in the newer section.

Acute respiratory infection and it took me from 11a to 4p to get told you have tested negative and nothing we can do for you. The prescriptions and to close of business to get a cough med and Mucinex. No water no food. All day. Feel worse than when I got here.

I have to wait 4 months, 4 MONTHS for an Optometry appointment? Wth is that? By far, worse hospital Ive been in my 13 years career.
