I had one of the best optical visits with iCare Associates. I received the BEST professional care from the receptionist to the physician. The eye doctor was OUTSTANDING…patient, personable, and informative.
My recent visit to iCare Associates on Andrews AFB was amazing. I had the pleasure of being seen by Dr Stephanie Branch. She was so knowledgeable, professional & friendly. She provided me with the best information to make a wise decision to have cataract surgery & referred me to an awesome specialist. The entire staff is great & I highly recommend this facility. Blessings.
If I could give 10 stars I would! Dr. Stephanie Branch was so kind and I truly enjoyed my eye appointment! She was so sweet and she made it such a nice time. Highly recommend!
Dr Branch and the staff were super professional and accomodating. They were able to get us in a month earlier when a cancellation came up. Dr Branch recommended some new contact lenses that my son loves, but I did appreciate that she asked questions to ensure she was being respectful of price point, etc. This is the only place the entire family comes for their eye exams. Customer service is exemplary!
Love coming to my eye appointment with Dr. D. Olanrewaju! He takes his exams serious, while always doing so with a smile. His light jokes brings comfort with each visit, and I’m overly pleased with his explanations and prescribed orders to preserve my eyes in its 20/20+ condition.
