I’m going to have to give this place a 1 just based off his office staff. I’ve given them way too many times to get it right. Jessica, his front desk receptionist needs to go. YES I SAID IT. I’ve been in contact with her over 4-5 times where she did not do her job, especially on big concerns. For instance, she was supposed to send me referrals for my mom’s physical therapy. It took her over a week to do it and couldn’t give me a reason why. A different time when I wanted to switch the therapy to something closer to us, I called and asked for another referral. A week goes by and she never did it. I ended up calling his Silver Spring office to get it done. On another instance, my mom’s refill prescription ran out for her high blood pressure medicine. I called to have them send the pharmacy a

They're late, they're not organized, they can even be rude. I've been there twice and I literally spent not more than 2 minutes with the doctor. He seemed nice and sweet but he just ran in and out of the room before I could even say anything. During my second visit I didn't even see the doctor. The nurse was polite but it was obvious that she didn't know what she was doing. She was supposed to fit both knee braces and see if they're the right size for me. She put only one brace on and she did it the wrong way, even I could see that! When I got home I noticed that they gave me two left knee braces. I was sent to this place by my physical therapist and I'm not planning on going there ever again!

Dr. Major has been our family Dr. for many years now. He is seasoned , thorough, skilled and sincerely cares about the well being of his patience. The staff at both locations are very kind and professional. I give Dr. Major and his staff 5 Stars. I Highly recommend him as a Doctor.

Horrible experience. Dr. Major seemed unknowledgeable About basic medical terms and procedures. This office staff has many issues, to include- they don't provide follow-up information as promised (unless u call them first), they rush you in and out of the office. that's after waiting an hour past your scheduled appointment time. There is no sense of urgency from the Doctor nor his unproductive Staff. The office isnt a warm welcoming place to be visiting while handling some of your most personal business. This office should be shut down immediately for posing as professionals.in fact someone need to verify Dr. Majors credentials..worth looking into..
