Pick up your medication, but don't forget to peruse their huge card selection, local specialties [maple syrup, candles, etc.], home decor, toys, & more. You'll leave with a smile on your face.

This pharmacy is what I miss most about doing business with Mom and Pop businesses. They treat you like a neighbor. Moved to Somerset almost nine years ago from Pittsburgh. In Pittsburgh, it's very hard to find a pharmacy like this One. I highly recommend MAINLINE PHARMACY IN SOMERSET

Had another bad experience at the beginning of the week I called my husband prescription in went late afternoon it was not done mine was done went today either my was lost or his was lost they could not find it waited 35 minutes they found it they wanted my husband to move our vechile so the person behind us could get theirs he refused we wilould of had to g through a lot of traffic we already waited 20 min or more for people to move their vechiles so nothing was said to them same thing if you go inside you wait it used to be nice staff used to more friendly and helpful Shelley Is very friendly and helps and so sweet what happened to mainline we had a lot of bad experiences anymore no one is in charge

Very friendly and helpful staff, had a little confusion a couple times but staff didn't let me leave without answers & solutions! Good customer service skills! A Friendly group of ladies who works there.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, who are always ready, willing, and able to help customers immediately. The Pharmacists are extremely helpful. Sandy and the other pharmacist are very professional, expedient, experienced, and communicative. I ALWAYS receive the attention provided by ALL of the staff working at this pharmacy. My experience has always been met with patience, kindness, understanding, and support. The staff provide an ABSOLUTELY pleasant experience consistently.
