MaineHealth Urgent Care - North Conway

Terrible service. Took my 8 year old daughter for fever and ear pain. Doctor was not friendly and prescribed ear drops. Ear drops are not effective if there are no tubes in place (child does not have tubes). Doctor should have known this. Came back home from our NH vacation, took her to our pediatrician as she was getting worse and now has a perforated ear drum. I highly recommend staying away from this place. The only friendly person there was the receptionist.

Do not go here. My son had a red, painful swollen eye. The doc looked at it for less than a minute. “It is soft tissue swelling and will go away in a day or 2.” The next morning it was swollen shut. After taking him to a different local walk in he was diagnosed with cellulitis immediately and put on antibiotics. It has now been passed along to the rest of the family

MaineHealth Urgent Care is a total lifesaver when you can't get into your regular doctor. The staff is so nice and dependable, and they get you in and out quickly without any hassle.
