Orthodontic Associates

We lost some bands and had a wire slip out of place while traveling in the area. This office was able to fit us in the next day to check the situation, reposition the wire, and replace the missing bands! The staff was very nice and they didn’t charge us for the fix! Honest and friendly, everyone we saw, including ourselves, left with a smile!

I went through treatment at OA years ago and had a great experience. I recently had a problem with my retainers, and the Conway office got me right in to fix them - much to my relief, because it was just a couple of days before my wedding! Everyone was as friendly and helpful as the day I got my braces off, and it’s great peace of mind to know that the team is at the ready if I need help, even after all this time! I would definitely recommend OA to my friends and family!

Just got two kids out of braces and it was well worth it! What a difference! I appreciated the excellent care the kids received at Ortho Associates and especially was grateful for the ease with which they adjusted appointments when necessary to accommodate the kids' ever changing schedules. We are really pleased with the results we got here!

A friend recommended this office and I certainly feel comfortable rating Orthodontic Associates five stars. I have found everyone to be very friendly, professional and accommodating in every interaction I have had with them either in person or on the phone. Besides myself getting braces another member of my family just had the invisalign put on here also. I can also use the office in Scarborough Maine if I wanted which provides me some flexibility. Well worth the drive from Dover to North Conway.

It is a bit of a travel for us but we are so happy with the level of care. I wouldn’t take my son anywhere else. The staff is so kind but most importantly they all seem very happy doing their jobs!
