I had very happy tears through the end of this transformative spiritual journey. She calmly guides you through each movement with options based on experience. Along with her warm presence and voice asking you to release any tension that’s inside you or something that didn’t go your way that day. I booked a Wellness Experience with Erin and it was exactly what I needed. I asked Erin for help and she gave me a daily yoga and workout routine that completely eliminated my symptoms within a couple of days!!
