I have personally experienced and talked with other patients that say they would rather drive 3 hours to Boston to get properly treated than go here again, I waited 4 hours at 11pm at night, no other people in the waiting room, crying, in pain and begging for help. when I finally got in they gave me what was essentially pepto, disappeared for an hour and when they came back asked if I was any better, I told them no and they discharged me, I went back 3 more times during the week, same results still have no idea what's wrong, they just checked for kidney stones but didnt find any so they gave up, didnt try a single other solution, same kidney scan each time and same pink goo. Worst hospital in the country, no wonder the nurses are always on strike.

The Worst prison in the state! Can't even get food. My husband had to get in patient chemo treatments and there was no diet restriction. Quite opposite, he was told to eat all he could. But no one would let him order food for hours. He called and called. It was torture. That's not all. This same place completely overlooked the results of the test that revealed the cancer he's here for. I'f there was anywhere else he'd be there. He calls this hospital Augusta Death Center. I call it Augusta Prison. It is deplorable. And they are so rude. Walk into the room and circle around him, don't even introduce themselves to me. My mother had surgery here this past week. The surgery team was amazing. The hospital was very clean. Staff was kind and attentive. Shout out to Dr. Bossie, Dr. Carter, Brooklyn, RN on maternity, and all the other nurses and staff that took care of my mom. Thank you so much for the great care.

Colonoscopies are no fun but the team at MG made it as easy and comfortable as possible. I was especially impressed they had 4 professionals involved in the process and patiently explained all aspects of the procedure. Thank you for the great care!

Went in to get checked out after some blood work came back with irregularities. When I entered I noticed that the waiting room only had two parties waiting. Excellent, I thought, we should be able to be seen. Within 15 minutes I was with a nurse. Who checked my vitals and told me to wait and a doctor will be with me shortly. Hours passed with no word from anyone. I sat in the uncomfy chairs and waited for my turn. But nothing. As hours turned to days I figured I was going to have to hold up in the waiting room. So, I constructed a rudimentary structure out of the chairs in which I could call my home. The left over chairs I burned to keep warm during those cold winter nights.
