Excellent and professional service. I was impressed by the advanced dental care provided by Family Dental Services in Augusta, ME. It compared favorably and exceeded the services I received from my dentist in Chicago, IL. I appreciated Heidi, the dental technician, for the dedicated, professional, and personable services. She took time to explain all the procedures I was undertaking. I also received great dental care from Dr. Flaubert. He asked questions and was invested in my dental health. I just discovered Family Dental. What a stroke of good fortune! The location and parking are perfect. The office is clean, bright & walls feature local artists. The welcoming office and hygienist staff have been awesome at helping me navigate steps as a new patient and feel confident as I faced having to get a crown for a broken molar. Dr. Flaherty is an expert at building a crown and wisely uses technology to view tooth & gum issues. But he’s also gentle & calming and thoroughly explains both the process and what to expect in the weeks to follow. It’s weird to feel ‘joy’ about dental work but this crown was built, adjusted, and set perfectly, and the whole team made me feel welcomed and confident in choosing this practice.

I’ve been going to Family Dental for more than 20 years. They are thorough and caring. I’ve had some dental emergencies in the past few years and they’ve been great getting me in. My son has been going to them since he was a toddler and also had great experiences. Very friendly folks and I feel we’re in good hands!

I can't praise them enough!! Friendly, compassionate, go above and beyond! Dr. Rossignol is amazing. I've never felt more comfortable at a dentist. She communicates so well and all the staff is outstanding.

Staff is friendly. My teeth were cleaned with gentle firmness. They look and feel very clean! Dentist reviewed my X-rays and double checked with a visual assessment. Answered all my questions and spotted an issue with a filling before it became a problem.
