ConvenientMD Urgent Care

Very nice and clean facility with a very easy check in and short wait time. Receptionist was super friendly and helpful with some questions I had about insurance. The doctor was quick to come in the room as well and very nice, she seemed knowledgeable and the recommendation she gave me had me healed up within a few days without even having to prescribe me anything which is great. I’ll definitely go there if God forbid I need them again. Great place but prefer not to need urgent care obviously. 😊

There were 6 people ahead of me so there was a little wait but I was very impressed with the efficiency of the process and how caring all the staff was. I have a tough time with doctors making me feel like I am nothing more than a number and a $ sign. I felt differently here. Wish I could make this my regular doctor's office.

Convenient MD in Augusta, ME far exceeded my expectations with an overall staff that were both helpful and courteous, especially considering my compromised health status. I felt as though the nurses and doctor provided the best possible care that was not at all rushed and is difficult to find in other medical establishments these days. I am grateful for the time staff took to fully evaluate me, listen carefully to my complex medical history to determine what tests and treatments were needed. Thank you Convenient MD!

Visited on Christmas Eve and was SO well taken care of. Literally everyone —receptionist, nurse, provider—were all so kind, empathetic, friendly and made me feel at ease. Prompt diagnosis and treatment and they even had antibiotics so I didn’t have to go wait at a pharmacy on a holiday. Truly a 10/10 experience.

The wait time after checking in was like 2 minutes. Most of my info was done online first. I don't have insurance but the rate for my visit was reasonable. I also got a prescription sent from there to the pharmacy and they worked well to make sure I could use good Rx card to lessen the cost. The nurse practitioner was awesome and was really helpful and attentive to what my pain and needs were. I will go back if I need help as she suggested.
